Copyright Policy
canadatvmax respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent Canadian copyright law (Copyright Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-42). We respond promptly to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice via our support channel. Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification via our support channel. Counter-notifications must include the same elements as a DMCA notice plus a consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district.
Repeat Infringers
canadatvmax will terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
