Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund: your request must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription activation date. Refunds are available for first-time subscribers only. Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (including account sharing beyond plan limits) are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the rate at time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day period has expired. Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds. Reseller credits are non-refundable once used to create subscriptions.
